Madeline's favorite book of all time is Dr. Seuss' One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.  She calls the glad fish 'the happy fish' and finds that page first every time.  When it was time to plan her second birthday party, this was our obvious choice of theme.

One Fish Two Fish totes used as goodie bags from the Target Dollar Spot - I always have great luck with party supplies in the Dollar Spot! - filled with sand and water toys to use on the beach and in the pool.  Swedish Fish and Goldfish Crackers set out in fish bowls everywhere.  Taffy from Fanny May Candy and given to each family on their way home.
