One thing that my kids and I absolutely love to do together is cook! I love creating memories in the kitchen with my kids. There are days when I would rather cook on my own and not have "little" helpers but I remind myself that we are creating special memories together. Recently the kids and I made dirt pudding together and they had a blast! I measured out the ingredients for them and they went to town creating their dirt pudding. This is a great recipe for kids to really do on their own because it cannot be messed up. Dirt Pudding
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 small container Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1 pkg Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1 package gummy worms
Mix pudding mix and milk. Whisk together well!
Whisk in about ¾ of the tub of cool whip; about 6 oz.
Then stir in about 1 ½ cups crushed Oreos.
Scoop pudding mixture into individual serving cups.
Top with remaining crushed Oreos.
Add Gummy worms to your dirt!
Refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving!
The kids were very proud of their special dessert! They wanted to make sure we saved some for daddy!
Dirt pudding cups would be a perfect treat at a Birthday Party or a fun & easy activity to involve kids in at a party!
