I am thrilled to be writing a sponsored post on behalf of Quaker and their spectacular line of breakfast foods.

As a mom of two very active kids, I know that fueling them with a nutrional breakfast is key. Our summer has been filled with days at the pool, art class, swim lessons, soccer, tennis and t-ball!  We have those days in the summer and school year that we are very busy but I want to make sure my kids are fueled with a healthy breakfast. On those days I need a quick, easy and healthy breakfast option.

Quaker is a brand that has been fueling healthy active families and inspiring physical activity for over a century. It is a trusted brand in our home and one that growing up, my mom served to me. I love that Quaker now has perfect portions oatmeal. The great thing about this multiserve instant oatmeal is that they have left the sweetener out! This allows everyone in the family to eat oatmeal the way they LOVE it! You can also make as much or as little as you need. Dylan likes making his own oatmeal with a little help from mom.

A fun way to get the kids excited about eating oatmeal is setting up an "oatmeal bar". Its a great way to encourage them to experiment and add various dried fruits, nuts, honey, cinamon and  brown sugar. Everyone can enjoy oatmeal in their own special way.

As busy moms  on the go, we all have those mornings that the kids may have to eat something in the car on the way to school, on a road trip or  to an activity. My family and I are loving the Quaker soft baked bars. These come in two different flavors and make a great healthy snack!

Quaker partners with Major League Soccer club The Chicago Fire. The Quaker Invitational is August 9-11 in Chicago. It will bring together hundreds of Chicago Fire Juniors teams from around the country for a weekend of soccer, community and fun.

Disclousure: I have been compensated by Quaker for my review, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
