A fun way to get the kids excited about eating oatmeal is setting up an "oatmeal bar". Its a great way to encourage them to experiment and add various dried fruits, nuts, honey, cinamon and  brown sugar. Everyone can enjoy oatmeal in their own special way.

As busy moms  on the go, we all have those mornings that the kids may have to eat something in the car on the way to school, on a road trip or  to an activity. My family and I are loving the Quaker soft baked bars. These come in two different flavors and make a great healthy snack!
