Life with a toddler is fun. Their sense of wonderment at the smallest things is contagious. We brought the kids apple picking during our fall Michigan weekend and he had the best time. When we arrived at Crane's Orchard, the first thing Will discovered was the pumpkin barn. He loved running in and out and poking his head through the windows. When it was time to leave, he wasn't thrilled. For our day outdoors, we dressed Will in layers from Gymboree. His plaid button down shirt matches the trim on his cuffed jeans. A cotton sweatshirt cardigan was the perfect extra layer for this warm fall day. Faux leather navy sneakers complete his ensemble.
Gymboree has been a staple in my kids' closets through the years. The pieces are well made and have cute details.Once we finally dragged Will out of the Pumpkin Barn, he was off running through the orchard.
He tried picking apples, but dropped a few. But most of the day looked like this. Can you spot our little guy? After lots of running. Lots of running. Will settled down in the wagon so the big kids and grown ups could get down to business.
We had the best fall day. Until it was time to leave. Then toddler meltdown city. Life with a toddler is fun, like a roller coaster.
Thanks to Gymboree for providing this outfit, all opinions are honest and my own.
